looks good Peta, simple. Have started your book. Have realised i collect the weirdest things, but then again, I may not hold a candle to you! think it is going to have a national geographic feel, as that is nice and flat. would be great to do a 3d sculpture with all the 3d i have collected, natural things...mmm... maybe a book idea for the future? have just read agnes martin on perfection...what an amazing artist and woman, check her out... google. when she goes into her studio she just asks for inspiration and follows what shes told... love it, going downstairs NOW!
Donna, I love the 3D idea, go ahead and do it if you like, I can soon make another box to house the 'cabinets' or perhaps have two boxes.....talking of boxes I've been working in and on a box that a lap top computer came in, i've made it very dimensional, it's like a shrine with doors that open out...i really love it, have had a great time just working out how to attach stuff, (this is where Bruce comes in handy!).....i also like the national geographic idea, they are certainly a part of your collection and inspiration...i'm going to google agnes martin now and hopefully throw perfection out of the studio window!! Bit of a shock Peta. I didn't think I was in the right place. It looks good...maybe a bit corporate, but change is good. I'm about to send 'Who am I' to Shelley and getting toey to start my next book. Jen
